Free delivery over 4.000 TL:

For orders under 4.000 TL, the shipping fee is 79 TL. Your order will be delivered to the cargo within 1 business day unless there is a situation otherwise. Delivery time to your address generally varies between 1-3 business days, depending on the density of cargo branches.

Store Pickup:

For orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM, you can choose to pick them up from our stores starting from 6:00 PM the same day. Once your order has arrived at the store and is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification. This service is not available for products from our London store or on official holidays and public celebrations.

Free returns:

Returns and exchanges are completely free. Within 30 days from the delivery date, you can return products that have not been used, their labels have not been removed, their resaleability is intact, and their accessories are complete.

Exceptions:

Refunds cannot be made on books and sub-products in the underwear category. In the Bikini & Swimwear category, returns cannot be made for products whose protection tape has been removed or is damaged.
