V-15 Chromefree Leather is made from smooth, lightweight cowhide from southern Brazilian farms that undergoes a tanning process free of chromium, heavy metals or dangerous acids. The tanning process is simplified, limiting chemical and energy use, reducing water use by approximately 40% and salt use by 80%.
